- We may arrive at any time (8am - 8pm) during your selected day and cannot provide a precise appointment time. We will text you when we are on our way. You do NOT need to be home (unless you want us to come inside to turn off your water).
- You will shut off your outside water and open all connected outside taps the **night before** your blowout. This helps us identify a bad inside shutoff and avoid costly repairs. (does not apply if you have the inside shutoff service or winterizing taps)
- You will arrange for gates to be unlocked (or codes given), all animals to be inside, and us to have access to all irrigation valves on your selected date
- If we cannot complete your blowout because either of the above was not done, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you agree to still be invoiced and pay your original scheduled amount
- If additional work for the blowout is needed (extra hookups or valves, removal of a vacuum breaker, disassembly of the manifold to add a blowout tap, etc.), you agree for this work to be charged out at $99/hr + parts + tax (but we are not equipped during blowouts to typical irrigation repairs; these need to be booked on a different day)
- You agree to pay your invoice (sent by email) within 3 days of receiving it. You may pay online with our secure credit card link, or may send an e-transfer (details in invoice)

We carefully control air pressure and airflow and ensure each zone is properly cleared without the chance for any water to fall back down the lines (such as when other compressor tanks need a break to refill).
As long as the date you book for your blowout is before the first hard freeze of the year (typically when we hit -4C), we guarantee against any system damaged caused by an incomplete blowout!
